my wife uses AC too much.. could I fool her?

Really, set the a/c fan to run continuously, then adjust the temp a degree at a time. We need that air moving.  Another benefit is it muffles the sound of compressor kicking on and off which interupts sleep.

Winnebago class c body drain holes

Ha, been all over that roof! I know that I  still need to find all of the leaks but right now I'm just wondering if there are also drain holes that I  need to clear. The screw head from which water seeps behind and into to the coach is inside, where the fiberglass coach is secured directly to...

Winnebago class c body drain holes

Do any of you know if there are drain holes to remove rainwater from the body of our class c rv's? I have observed water seeping into the coach from behind a srew that attaches the firberglass nose of the coach to the cab. I wonder if there are some exterior drain holes that may be clogged and...

Question about batteries and keeping unit plugged into shore power

Question about those batteries and keeping unit plugged into shore.  2006 Aspect. 30amp, plugged into 110 home receptacle.  In and out each day while working on it. Is that okay or should I not keep it plugged in. Some times run A/C. Is there a battery disconnect switch on this model?  I haven't...

    Overhead cab leak- 2006 Aspect

Well please ignore the photo.  I'm having trouble getting the size reduced.  The section I am trying to show is where the bottom of the windscreen of the coach joins the upper rear corner of the passenger door.  Someone put caulk or sealant in the last two or three inches of the horizontal gap...

    Overhead cab leak- 2006 Aspect

I haven't found this particular thread. Maybe someone can help?  I've been sealing and caulking and discovered a leak somewhere in the truck cab. In the photo you can see the caulking in the upper space above the passenger door. I found that when I ran water in that area it leaked inside.  I...

Gutter sealant and ??? What should i do with this?

Thanks gentlemen. I cleaned the old caulk from one side today. What a mess. I'm  sure it is silicone since a 3" piece stretches to about a foot.  I haven't removed the side trim yet. There is definitely a leak somewhere that has water entering just behind the passenger seat. I think it is either...

Gutter sealant and ??? What should i do with this?

Thanks John. This is the front end of the coach behind the passenger seat. When the vertical strip is removed what would I  "like"  to see. We're in the midst of rainy weather down here but should be able to begin the cleaning during breaks in the weather.  Believe it or not, I  had cleaned that...

Gutter sealant and ??? What should i do with this?

Thanks John.  Hopefully the pic will attach now. I will seal the gutter to the roof but I'm not sure what to do about the gap between the end of the gutter, the top of the vertical trim (above the screw head) and the end of the roof or front cap.  Is that caulking in there?  Should I try to dig...
