    A/C problems - water ingress

Hope this little adventure was helpful to anyone with similar problems.  I hate to think what this little simple job would have cost at a dealer. Cheers and Happy Fathers Day to all the Dads out there!  :)

    A/C problems - water ingress

Forgot this-  The bolts John mentioned are accessible from the top of this a/c unit.  They seemed tight enough so I didn't fool with them.

    A/C problems - water ingress

Thanks a million to all that replied.  I think it is whipped. The two lines mentioned in the reply above are condensate lines for the a/c.  I strung enough coat hangers together to run pretty much the length of them top and bottom.  Some water came out but the little screens that plug into the...

    A/C problems - water ingress

Thanks to all who replied.  Moderator spoke of a ceiling bustle.  I am not sure what that is.  My rig only has intake filters about 5 inches wide and blower vents about the same size inside the cabin.  None of the A/C units hang down inside. Will try those line clearing suggestions when I get...

    A/C problems - water ingress

Coach is a 2011 Winnie Adventurer with twin roof top air units.  When it rains heavily, I get some water coming out of the vents inside the coach when the A/C is operated.  It is no more than an ounce or two but it does make a mess on the bed and in the bathroom floor.  Is there some sort of...

    Slideout Lock Drain Line

2011 Winnie Adventurer here.  Forward lock drain on the driverside slide plugged up with bugs.  Made quite a mess in the cabinets.  I now make it a practice to run a wire through the drains periodically and that cleared up the problem. Cheers Jim

No airflow out of the vents in the front

Here is a photo of the offending lights.  There are no numbers or printing on any of them and the packaging they came in is long gone.  I would just avoid using them on any DC circuit that has DC powered controllers on it.  Hope this is helpful Jim

No airflow out of the vents in the front

I will do that tonite.  They are cheapies from China and all seemed well until the flickering business started.  I can't remember where I bought them, but it was an online purchase....maybe Amazon. In speaking with a factory parts guy at Winnebago, it turns out he was once a parts guy and said...

No airflow out of the vents in the front

First of all, let me apologize for being so tardy with a reply.  I finally got the ZC Thermostat to work as it should with the heating and cooling.  The problem was (I hope you are ready for this?) : I had put LED bulbs in some years back and a couple of them would sometimes flicker.  I called...

No airflow out of the vents in the front

I have had the rig for 5 years.  Furnace had blower motor replaced a year ago.  It has an RV Comfort ZC  thermostat which was replaced 2 years ago and it seems to have a mind of its own.  It sometimes displays "00" on the temp Window.  When it gets all goofy, I take the fuse on the thermostat...

No airflow out of the vents in the front

Thanks! The ignition has to be on for the jacks to work on this rig.  Maybe setting and resetting the park brake jiggled some sort of interlock into working again...... Have also had chronic problems with house batteries being low.  Finally traced it to a bad connector shorting on the 120v to...

Auto Levelling system in 2011 Winnie Adventurer

Greeting to all, new member here and I hope this helps someone.  My self leveling system (HWH Computer Leveling) started acting up.  When Auto level button was pushed, pump would run a few seconds and quit without lowering the jacks.  I got under the dash and could find no loose wires around the...
