Well I bought the EU2000i this morning. I cannot get over how light and quiet this thing is. I cannot wait to use it. You guys are great. Thanks for giving me the push I needed!
Thanks Ron. That is EXACTLY what I was looking for. For $200 I think I better just get the darn EU2000i. Maybe I was just looking for more people to talk me into it. LOL.
I have been going back and forth now more than most politicians do! I am using this for three things. Playing a stereo, powering a 26" LCD TV, and recharging the batteries on the TAB trailer. I would like to get the EU1000i if it will be more than sufficient. It is cheaper and lighter. I am...
Thanks! They are pretty cool. Hard to find and not very cheap, but it seems they are built very well for such a small unit. I do know that I LOVE the gas mileage I am getting with it. With Packer tickets costing me an arm and a leg this makes going to games much easier to swallow.
LOL. I hear ya! I was sort of thinking that the Luggable Loo might be a little better (and cheaper). I know she does not want to deal with a normal porta potty so I was looking for other options. Thanks for the reply!
The wife and I sold our TIOGA class C and bought a TAB (T@B) travel trailer. We actually looked at these before we bought the class C, but they looked too small at the time. After spending tons of money on gas driving back and forth to games we decided to get something smaller. We bought the...
OK I just spit some Diet Pepsi on my laptop. That is hilarious.
I have used the genny for about 20 hours now and it is unbeatable for the price. I am VERY happy with the purchase!
Go Pack!
Thanks to all. I have to admit that without the forum I would have tried it without WD and anti sway. Sometimes you guys are a pain, but I know you are almost always right! LOL
Wow. Well we actually love Packer games and buy season tickets every year (which is why I cannot afford the Honda in the first place). Until I find something that is comparable (and legal) I will be going to football games for quite some time. I also enjoy racing. However, I would never...
LOL. I think I ate about 4 too many brats. I really wanted the Honda, but after reading the reviews of the Champion generators and the price I just could not do it. This thing is not a Honda, but it is pretty darn quiet. It is not a contractor type generator. So far I have had it running...
Well we just got back from the football game (about 500 miles) and the trailer pulled great with the WD hitch and the Reese anti sway. I was going to get the Equalizer, but the dealer here installs the Reese system. Thanks for all the advice. I know it was the right thing to do!
Not to offend you, but I don't think you've been to a Packer game. With all the loud music and people screaming and musical instruments my genny was the last thing people would complain about. We also shut it off when we go into the stadium so I am not sure what was meant by that (not being...
Ok so it sounds like I should be fine. I just didn't want to buy some 4000 watt generator when it was so much overkill. At Packer games we run our stereo and other very small stuff (charge camera batteries, charge cell phones, etc). We don't use AC. We don't use the microwave (brats are for...
