    Thanks for the information, it looks like he can reduce his overall weight by eliminating gear he brings with him; so that's going to be his first go round. Second is to replace the Axel and add the breaks to the trailer. Then he can stay with the 2 wheel Honda Pilot @ the 3500 towing capacity...

    AGM Battery Care Info...

    The unit I replaced the old one was identicle with bad one, sold by Camping world a 45amp ??WIF or something like that, I would have to pull the cover off to be 100% But I checked it tonight and it is fully charged at 1 hr. So I think I will leave it set there. Thanks for your input. John

    My son is thinking of buying a Honda Pilot to tow a 1900lb cargo trailer, he likes the 2 wheel drive but the rating is 3500 lb's; and if he later buys a heavier trailer it may be short on ability.
