It had an air bubble in the system. Tilted the fridge forward to a 45 degree angle for a few minutes to let the air bubble escape. Stood it back up and installed in the cabinet. Turned the unit back on and it’s cooling now. Woohoo!!

When I reach my hand up in there, the part marked in red was hot and the part marked in blue was cold and had condensation on it. Is this how it should be?
