    Chainsaw Art

I know there is actually a school in Townsend Tenn for chainsaw carving.

TV batwing crank broke or fell off

I agree these parts are readily available at any RV dealer as they beak often, although mine hasn't yet, knock on wood!!

    Superchip Tuner

Jake, you are correct in your statement. Also I agree none of the generic tuners will provide any gains in milage even though they claim they will. I have a custom economy tune from Jody at DP Tuner and I actually have seen a 1.5 mpg increase with this particular tune. All of the shift points...

    Shocks

I thought about installing them on my TT but the stuff all seems to stay put just fine so I really don't see a need. Just one more item to maintain. If you have problems with stuff being thrown all over the place you may want to add them.

PROBLEM WITH FILLING FRESH WATER TANK

I agree the problem is in your vent, probably clogged of kinked.

Grounding camper to protect from lightening

I agree nothing will protect against a direct strike, but the first time out with my Surge Guard unit we were at Myrtle beach and lightinging hit a tree 6ft from our trailer. The Surge Guard saved my TT but I did loose my TV and radio when the surge came through the coaxile line for the cable...

    slide adjustment

All depends on the type of mechanism used on the slide out. Mine has obvious bolts for adjusting, but you really need to think about this and count the number of turns so you can always put it back to where it was. Sometimes best left to a dealer. You can get one of those plastic things used in...

    Myrtle Beach SC over Easter

Myrtle Beach Travel Park is our favorite, it is more centered in the middle of everything and their new lazy river is awesome. Probably be to cold over Easter though. We are heading to Chimney Rock over Easter weekend. Have fun

    Superchip Tuner

I wouldn't bother on a gas engine. The results are much more on a diesel engine, but the Superchips is a generic tuner that is made to work for most users. I chose to go with a real tune from DPTuner.com and my truck is awesome. You don't want to add more ponies without beefing up other areas of...

    Wind Deflectors?

I have read real life results from many forums and not one claim these things do any good except to lighten the wallet. The biggest problem is most wings are between 4-5 ft and your trailer is 8ft wide, don't have to be a scientist to see the problem here.

    Fresh water holding tank heat?

I would apply the heating pad to as much of the tank as possible and then stuff R30 insulation all around the area and you should be fine.

Unbelieveable Story - Super Slide Glide Rite Meets Fifth Wheel....

Amazing story!!! How in the world can the dealer not accept responsibility for selling you a trailer when the brakes weren't functional? They set the hitch up, they are responsible for it being done right or wrong, wether they sold the hitch or not they set it up for you and assured you that it...
