I meant Washington actually. Thank you. ;)

    another newbie!

I am. The only one I have done thus far, they said my report was blocked for some reason and that I needed to call with some info that the site seems to think was invalid or incomplete. That one is for a coach that would be on the high end of my budget/desire and the other one I found suitable...

When I mentioned beginning an RV life to my sons...

Yes, definitely a motorhome. We've gone from just over 2000 sq. ft. down to about 900 after a fire and from 450 mortgage to 795 rent and I've also loved conversion vans and mobile homes and minimalist lifestyle. The more you have, the more you lose possessions wise. For a trip on my motorcycle...

So full timing is really possible?

Neighbors haven't like me because they didn't see various men running thru or me out changing the oil on our van or my bike or because I went to church, what haveya so what do I care. I am as friendly and nice as the next but if you expect me to suck up to your expectations, I'll stay in my...

When I mentioned beginning an RV life to my sons...

Well, we already don't do a TV service at home for several reason but I subscribe to both Netflix and Hulu and then there are multiple sites they can download or stream from. They'll just have to build up a plethora of stuff for doing when the 'view is boring'. Ugh!

    Roadschooling Question?

Try k-12.com. I have homeschooled my soon to be 8th grader since 6th grade thru them.  Everything is free, books and all. And then you would have to be wherever you claim as home base in the spring for state testing. Schooling via living life is, in my opinion, way better than brick and mortar...

    Mileage Thoughts

Having zero experience with RV's and very willing to be corrected if I am wrong, my guess would be the same as any used vehicle. By that amount of miles, things that aren't lifetime types of things are possibly going to start needing replacement OR may have already been replaced and will be...

So full timing is really possible?

No home period except the one rolling down the road, utility bills traded in for gas or diesel fuel bills, cats that don't care as long as they are with you, a desire to see Niagara, Grand Canyon and ride Ventura highway via motorcycle. What if you are a lifer of chronic pain with little choice...

When I mentioned beginning an RV life to my sons...

The first they wanted to know was "where will we hook up our computers and game boxes??!" Yeah, really. They are 13 & 21. So is internet and TV watching and gaming even an option while rolling down the big back slab? We have a conversion van and one brings his laptop on little journeys so I am...

Our window box for cats - A three season porch? A "Catio?"

I wholeheartedly agree!! That is awesome looking!! Let us know if you would want to make one to sell! If my dream becomes reality, we will also be toting our 7+ ft. long boa constrictor, Ace, along  ;D Edit: Fixed quote.

    Alaska Ferries

So an RVer can literally travel Oregon to Alaska then?

    another newbie!

By easiest financing, I simply meant, no hassles about income/debt ratio kind of thing. So far, I have only filled in one credit app on an RV website with no response and I have expressed interest in various motor homes online to no avail. I guess they prefer you show up so they can jerk you...

    Walmarts

Do not dump your tanks on the lot! I think I covered most of it, If I missed anything major I'm sure someone will chime in. Steve Well crap! No pun intended, that's just all I wanted to say to the greedy people.

    Motorcycle as my toad

So I guess a side or front mount isn't an option then?  The bike is an 07 Shadow Aero 750 which is about 550 or so lbs.

    Motorcycle as my toad

Can't give her up and have seen these haulers that attach to the RV and apparently, I wouldn't even have to give up the ladder or anything. Anyone with experience, tips, hints or tricks, feel free! I'm all ears!! Thanks!
