Gary, Apparantly the lock itself is broken to the point where it is latched, and cannot be released.  We had the key last night and it was ineffective.  The locksmith(S) were unable to unlatch the lock/bolt  from the engaged position either from the outside of the motorhome OR the inside.  So...
