    Goodyear Endurance Tire Reviews anyone?

ok I ordered them from ETrailer. I will give a hint here for anyone who doesn't have that capital one shopping app you see Samuel Jackson advertising for on TV, I've had that a couple of years, it just ran 7 codes and found one that saved me $27.....almost enough to cover the sales tax. No, I...

    Goodyear Endurance Tire Reviews anyone?

thanks everyone! I had read a ton of reviews 'online' and done the research, but you never know how many of those reviews are actually people who have them or are just getting paid to write positive reviews. Ordering today! Yeah I had my last new set of camper tires balanced and the tire shop...

    Goodyear Endurance Tire Reviews anyone?

I am looking to replace the almost 4 year old tires on my travel trailer. I have a full set of the goodyear endurance in my shopping cart at ETrailer.com, I've read the reviews on the tires online, but I would prefer to ask in a dedicated RV group I trust. Who has these tires, since they've been...

regular pvc cement on gray water tank pipes?

over the last couple of months, I've noticed that I have a drip from the gray water tank, where the reducer pipe comes out of the tank and hooks to the pipe where the drain valve is. Today, I put some water in it, and crawled under there to see what was up, and it appears the whole thing is...

    roof repair

didn't realize I could only put one pic per post? oh well. the rafters and all the other wood other than that decking are just wet, they're not soft so I'm confident in the minwax, that's pretty good stuff for sealing and harding wood and will even stop any more rot

    roof repair

Couple of weeks ago I was up on the roof doing the usual maintenance. Washed it, dicor caulk, cleared the drain line on the A/C, the normal things we all do (or are supposed to)  ;)  I found a soft spot about the size of a small dinner plate right along the edge. I was looking for it too, as...

2008 Forest River 5th wheel hot water heater leaked and ruined kitchen flooring

there are all kinds of connecting strips in the laminated flooring section of your local big box building supply store, take a scrap of your flooring with you and I'd bet you can even come close to matching

New Trailer! Pics and question about solar vs generator:

I have a Honda EU3000I. runs the A/C and the lights ok. Have to turn off the A/C to run the microwave, but anything else is good to go. I bought it as a 'new but damaged' unit at a surplus shop here in town. It had been dropped. But it works just fine, I had to do a little cosmetic work on it...

    Who to believe on payload??

this goes hand in hand with wiremans post above. the needed information is the gross combined weight rating, once you know that, and what your  tow vehicle weighs when it's loaded the way you normally load for a camping trip, then you can figure how much trailer weight it will handle.

    RVing with an injury?

well I'm not sure, LOL because as you said, your foot is load bearing. although I know the days my feet don't want to work right, are the worst days possible for trying to camp. I've found if I just ease through what has to be done, I can manage ok most of the time. Biggest thing I miss when...

    Main breaker trips

we run the microwave with the A/C all the time, unless we're hooked to the Honda 3000 watt generator. You shouldn't be having problems when you're plugged into shore power, it sounds to me that the times that's happened, you might not be getting a full load of power from the hookup. I have run...
