    12.3 was what the batteries were at before I plugged the RV into shore power. The converter (fan) ran for about an hour more this morning. Batteries are fully charged at 13.5v and all is good.     Thank you everyone, it sounds like I need to leave it plugged in and expect it to run until the batteries (2 6v ) are fully recharged, I will do the tests suggested. *update* I tested at battery cables disconnected and shore power on, 13.69 which is what it was at the converter when I tested it...

    Newly retired and fairly new to the RV world. I am from Beavercreek Oregon (near Portland) and am on my 1st big trip with my traveling companions....3 Bernese Mt Dogs. Enjoying a visit with my family in Apple Valley Ca. I am traveling in a 2006 Fleetwood Southwind 32' .....so far loving it!
