Roll Tide!!!.  We like the state parks in NE Alabama; DeSoto and Lake Guntersville (finally back after the April tornadoes) and don't forget about Cloudland GA.

My insurance carrier charged a different rage based on the storage locations zip code.  I live in a river town but store my TT about 20 miles away.  If I stored at my location, the rate was 20% higher.  Go figure.

At the sites I have visited, normally you just hook up the cable and reprogram the TV to accept / acknowledge the new listings.  Mostly you get the basic cable channels (USA, TNT etc) and the local affiliates (NBC, FOX etc).  Hope this helps.

How steep was the grade into the park?

I thought I was the only one, and my boss keeps asking me what I'm looking at.  Worse yet, we've already made several reservations! 8)

We have a 2010 Rockwood and have 2 keys, one for the lock, the other for the deadbolt.

Don't forget that many cities have ordinances that may prohibit parking, either on the street or (in my towns case) viewed from the street.

I've read and been told that when storing my TT for the winter that, in addition to the other winterizing items, to cover vents or other opened areas to prevent nesting or infestation.  I'm leery of putting duct tape on the side of my TT to hold plastic sheeting over these areas.  Any other...

The wife says to use a lower temp and to place an additional pan under your cooking pan, acting like a buffer.  Hers always turn out great!

There are other parks that are Big Rig friendly and within easy driving distance of the races.  Try looking in Gadsden, they have two, one on the Coosa River and the other on Noccolula (Lookout) Mountain.  Straight shots down Hwy 77 to the races.
