Thanks. I have been told there is really no adjustment that can be made to the refer doors. Just thougt someone may have a trick to get it to seal. Everything about the door, gasket and mating surface looks normal and square. Maybe just some hidden defect.

My 5er is going on three years old and i have noticed some of the caulking around the windows, bay doors  and such beginning to dry and crack. I need advice on removing the old caulk with out scratching the paint and gouging the fiberglass. What caulk should i go back with?

Yes, just make sure you have your empty refilled and installed before you use up the one you are running off. Once you reinstall your refill be sure and open the valve so the switch regulator will continue to do it's job. No fun running out of propane in the middle of the night.
