Thanks John, that's my next step.  Grounding issues are normally the culprit.  I just went out and purchased some contact cleaner for all of the connectors involved also.

Someone did a really nice restoration on the old girl.

edit:  I believe my slides work off of the house batteries.  When the battery disconnect switch, for the house batteries, is off, the slides will not work and the chassis battery is brand new with a full charge.
