yep. it was the 12v pump, installed a value ahead of it, and no water. thanks to all Phelpo

my water tank keeps filling when hooked up to city water.  I have replaced the fill valve twice and that did not help.  Someone told me it was the 12v water pump allowing water to back fill.  Any ideas. Phelpo Edit by John:  changed message icon to Topic Solved

thanks for the replies, yes there are a ton of hinges and handles to paint,  takes time to do them all but it sure makes the rig look newer.  forgot and all the light frames,, mine must have 20 or so.... Phelpo

Flyer, my refer quit and there was no smell at all, no sign no nothing, when I pulled it out then I could see where the ammonia had leaked, hopefully this is not the case with yours. Phelpo

Bill, measured the pressure at 48 lbs,  I have capped off that line to the tank and when I opened up the hose value, the strainer before the water pump started to drip!!!!! :-[ so I left it to drip, and will remove the top of the strainer when it warms up in north Florida!!!  maybe the new...

well the hits keep on coming.......new value now is leaking, filling water tank.....:(:(:(....so I'm thinking the new/old value was sitting on a shelf for a long time in the Florida heat.  Any ideas how to fix this value? Phelpo

Has anyone replaced their shower enclosure?  My better half wants to replace ours since it is that ugly gold color.  We have removed all the handles and hingles and painted them silver.  Now the enclosure.  Have looked at Lowes and think those would work.  I'm looking for someone who had...

took the fill water tank hose off the value, and yes it con't to leak.  Capped it off and have ordered a replacement value, and I'm still waiting for it.......... :'(

help, my 2004 Vectra water tank con't to fill even with the city water value turned to house. I have ordered a new value, and have changed the hose to the other water inlet, this has slowed the filling.  Have I missed anything?  Someone told me it might be the pump, if so can it be rebuilt...

well my air horn stopped working and it was put low on the list of things to fix, now top of the list, the plug was loose so I reinstalled it, now need to fire up the big guy so I have some air and maybe a air horn!
