When I read your post, I found it hard to believe that a Lincoln would only have a 2000 lb tow capacity, so I looked it up
Weights and Capacities
MAXIMUM TOWING CAPACITY** 3500 lbs. MAXIMUM PAYLOAD** 950 lbs.
GROSS WEIGHT 5160 lbs. CURB WEIGHT 4210 lbs.

Depending on where the trailer is, I think you are asking for trouble. If cold enough, the pipes will still freeze even if the heat is left on. Heat rises and wont get under the floors where the pipes are.......Plus, any snow/ice on the roof is going to melt causing all kinds of...
My current trailer is easy to pump the pink in, but my former one wasnt. What I would do is blow out all the lines and then add some pink into the city water inlet....I would then blow the lines again. I figure if any water was left there to settle to low spots, better it have some pink stuff in it.

I think your only hope other than a commercial mover is to borrow a truck from a friend or advertise to rent one....I dont think you will get...
Just to add........Some people like to take older things and fix them up. The OP may be one of these people, so more power to him. I am sure he doesnt plan on driving it until things are fixed up.
That said, I would be concerned about getting the paperwork fixed up before sinking any time or...
Some of us are handy around vehicles/RVs etc, some are not. I can tell by MoparMans posts and screen name that he is a car guy (although his choice of brand sucks.....lol)....I am pretty handy too, being a car guy my whole life. I am 63 and can still change a tire on pretty much anything...
Huh????
When you plug your trailer into a campground or house plug, it is 110 volt....It is also AC not DC
That said, your lights and furnace fan run on 12 volt DC, so I would suspect that your battery is dead.....However, when plugged in, your power converter should supply that 12 volts
