The color of the fluid appeared brown.

Antifreeze makes sense..  it is about the size of a heater hose on most cars.  Thankfully not cold out ! So it may have come off and basically drained the line and/or core.  Should not be aiisue driving then with heater off. Will keep you posted thanks much for all replies!

It had been sitting there all day off, I came home from work and saw it when I was going to put water in... The hose is right in front of the fuel tank, behind the front jack.  It isn't the filler vent line.  Is there a second fuel tank vent?
