3M 90 spray adhesive is what we use here at work to glue sound deadening foam. Just make sure it's where you want it before you place it. It won't move once the two surfaces touch.
It's the manufactors giving the people what they want. Most call it what everyone else here has called it, a 45? fitting. But in industry this isn't the case.
Actually no, a 45* fitting is a tighter turn than the 90* fitting. I'm a manufacturing maintenance man by trade and in our world what is commonly referred to as a 45* fitting is actually 135*.
I have a 135* clear elbow that I bought to attach to the camper to verify when the tank is clean. Not sure why you'd need more than one. My hose I bought has a 90* end to go into the CG plumbing.
I tow a 6500 gvwr trailer with the wife's 07 Yukon with the heavy duty tow package and a 5.3, I installed a tekonsha p3 brake controller. It doesn't even know the trailer is back there.
I'm not sure I would be attempting to make that trip with a TC on the back of the truck. It sounds like a hairy situation to have that much weight at the very top of your rig. Will the increase in COG be an issue on trails like that?
