I just completed a 14 day trip out west. 3 nights near Mt. Rushmore, 4 nights in Cody, WY. that's as close as I could get to Yellowstone with a 90 day out reservation, then down to Moab to see Arches and Canyon lands, and then home on I70 across Colorado. Are there any RV magazines still published on paper. My wife mentioned today that she'd like to have something she could hold in her hand, and thumb thru the pages. I add, that I have also always been a hold it in my hand kind of guy.

For our short queen, I bought a standard queen topper and cut a few inches off. The mattress above the cab on my C was 57" wide, again I bought a queen topper and just cut 3" off.

In the past 4 years I've had a Thor 22fe, a Jayco 26XD and a Jayco 31XL. What's that they say about floorplan, Floorplan, FLOORPLAN. All on the E450 chassis.  All of the Cs were 18" to 20" longer than the model length, I think they rate the models by the length of the house.  The 22FE was easy...

I spent 4 years on an aircraft carrier. Old joke, Navy pilots thought they were the best in the world because they could land on a carrier, Air force pilots knew they were the best in the world because they weren't stupid enough to try and land on a carrier.

Keep in mind that well over 95% of all US made RVs come from 3 companies, Thor, Forest River, & Winnebago. If you blacklist those , there won't be many RVs left to pick on.

I worked as an instrument tech in a pharmaceutical company, we had 1 pressure switch which the engineers wanted to set at 4.5/1,000 of an inch of water. The test set for that job cost over $200,000.
