I have always wondered about this. If you have a kayak or canoe on the roof of a MH...doesnt something weird happend with the air currents that go over the MH and into the seating area of the kayak,canoe?  I am thinking of drag and strain on the tie down straps. Maybe my head is just spinning...

Had this happen to us too....its a pain.  We took it to the dealer, they did a visual and found where some sealing had worked its way loose.  They sealed it up, tested it and its been fine ever since.
