The Big 3 carmakers got a jolt from Japan and made their cars better because of it.  I for one would like the see the domestic RV makers get ahead of the curve for a change.  At least quality-wise.

The valve down by the floor, below the antifreeze suction tee, will drain the fresh water tank.  The other one on the blue line will drain the cold piping.  The one on the red line, cap below the rig, will drain the hot line.  My 2014 Sunseeker is stock.  It does not have the tee, or the valve...

I am under the impression there are two problems with being off level.  One, which I was unaware of, is the heat.  Which the ARP regulates.  The other, the one I always had read, was improper chemical reactions due to inability of the fluids to flow downward properly.  But does the latter only...
