    The ram is held on to the end plate with a 1 1/4" nut..with what I believe to be loctite..that MFer fought me all the way to the end to come off!! I wish I had a socket that size.     5.9 Cummins Diesel cooling system

    " fan only comes on when the engine temp exceeds 205F OR when the air conditioner is running." Maybe I'm wrong, but the way I read that is, when you turn on the air, it also turns on the fan. I think he might be saying that the fan don't come on when a/c is turned on.
