    Hey guys, Thanks for the info. Very helpful, but I think the next time I am out looking at the trailer of my interest I will take my 30' tape measure with me.

    Hi, I am hoping some can answer this. I havebeen looking at several 5th wheels in the range of 29 - 31 feet. When I look at the specs on line or in the brochure the overal length is extended by 2'-3'. I do not understand why it would be like this. The Cedar Creek is what we are looking for. Thanks

    Towing Doubles

    Alan, I have been told that in California you can tow a trailer behind a 5th or Goose, but you must have a Class A license. You might want to check with the CA DMV for specifics. Not sure if I would want to do it, but I have seen quite a few folks doing it over the past few years. Good Luck

    Thanks Judway, hopefully they improved the slide out problems. I have never heard of that happening with any slideout. that could be frightneing. I wil look more into it

    Thanks all for your input. We did find a model we like. iIt is the 2007 30RKTS with a king size bed. It's the right size for the 2 of us and our yellow lab.

    No need to wiat till you retire. My wife and I bought our first TT last summer and were only 41. DO it nowas you will have lasting memories with your entire family before they have grown up and can't go with you because of their new lives they start. enjoy,

    Cedar Creek 5th Wheel - by Forest River

    Hi all, I have been looking to upgrade from my a travel trailer to a 5th wheel, and in my search i came across the Cedar Creek brand. They seem like reallt good trailers but wanted to get some feed back from folks who already have one or who have knowledge of them. Thanks, RB
