Another water heater issue for you to solve.

Depending on how much\often hard water has been in the heater, I'm guessing a lot, you might try flushing the heater. Turn it off, pull the drain and try spraying water into it and see if scale comes out.

Fleetwood Excursion 40E no dash heat or AC

Should be a valve near the heater core hoses. All this should be located in the front of your motor home, passenger side.

    Instrument Cluster Replacement

A couple Items to check, 1) Biggest thing to check when electrical issues arise is the ground connections. Many different areas to clean, people have found a bad ground (harness to frame) causes the PCM to search somewhere to ground. 2) While cleaning grounds, check the wiring harness for pinch...

    Normal speed?

I travel 62-65 most of the time. When I approach a Semi, I'll probably increase my speed to get by then kick the cruise back on. I don't like spending to much time along a semi truck, I've seen some strange things happen.

Hot water hear ?green light red light?

You could google to see if there's a way to clean it, however, as stated earlier in posts, the more probable cause is a bad circuit board. Check the connections for corrosion or dirt, wiggle them to make sure you have a good connection on all the wires.

    2001 HR Endeavor

Can you locate the fan? If so, follow the wire(s), they should lead to the resistor. It may look like a strip where other wires plug in. Good luck.

    Buying used from Cruise America

Welcome to the forum!  :) Though I haven't bought from Cruise America, I would consider it the same as buying from an unknown seller. Having owned used RVs in the past, each one has had it's own issues that I've ironed out over the years of ownership. Do you do your own repairs or take it...

    Power Steering Pump

The local dealer was contacted for information on the pump. Unfortunately, they won't release any info, flow rates, pressure, etc. I have a friend in hydraulics that could find a replacement reasonably priced if we knew that. Spartan has been contacted, but no return call, yet. This happened...

    Power Steering Pump

We have a call into the spartan dealership because it is a proprietary part. You can't buy it from anywhere but Spartan.

    Power Steering Pump

Returning from spending an absolutely wonderful time in Florida, my power steering pump quit working. Also ran by this pump is the radiator cooling fan. I was a 150 miles from Superior, WI. Decided to call Lake City towing to have it pulled home. Got the pump off (shaft had broke) so I dropped...

    Did your step retract?

My steps retract when the key is in on position. I did have trouble with the wire plug connector on the control box. Plug shorted out internally causing a few head aches until discovered. This could be where your issues are.

    Diesel Pusher? Which one?

Everyone says to choose the one with the floor plan that you like. After having previous motor homes you shoud have an idea of what you want. In my opinion, I like the Berkshire, Itasca and Tiffin in that order. What I'd do differently, I would have bought one sooner. The ride and handling is so...
