My filtered water faucet will leak whenever the water heater is on (either gas or electric) and pressure has built. I simply turn on another faucet temporarily to relieve the pressure. Hope this helps. TomC

Another possibility--not enough air. Try leaving the water heater cover open and see if it stays lit. This is a known problem on pre 06? Winnies TomC

Hi All I have the 3000 series Allison tranny. Is there a way to determine if it has been programmed to the "economy mode" as Ned describes? A few years ago, an Allison rep told me that I would have to take my rig to a dealer to get it programmed since they all left the factory unprogrammed. TomC

Allen Just wondering why you needed "valves, Belts, and thermostats" work done. I have an '04 Journey and the maintenance manual indicates that work at 100K miles. I have about 45K on my rig now. Do you think that I should consider having those items checked/replaced? I appreciate your input. TomC

Allen I have a 04 Journey 36 and have never experienced the situation that you have described. In fact, we are in Marion,Il now with the conditions you described and had no cycling. Perhaps you have a problem with your unit (hope not). Let me know if you have any questions. TomC
