There are a few wires that were factory run under the carpet between the seats and a whole bunch of wires, connectors behind the driver seat that was covered by the carpet (you could see a bulge under the carpet).  So, ideally it would be covering.  I like the idea though. Tyler

Replacing front cab carpeting with molded vinly flooring, has anyone done this and where did you buy it from?  I purchased this item http://www.stockinteriors.com/moldedvinyl.asp?Itemid=13093&MakeId=34&ModelId=218    but the wheel well bump ups were too tall and the bump up for the transmission...
