Thanks everyone for the inputs , as it turned out there is a relay under the dash on the driver side. It wasn't making contact and came apart when I was removing it. Problem solved. I've learned so much and renewed friendships that I'm looking forward to solving my next problem!

Thanks for the help, my unit is a 2005 Coachmen cross country 372DS, freightliner chassis, cummins power. I just joined the Freigtliner owners group to get chassis information or to order a manual, but I guess I'm going to call the 800 # because I just can't wade thur all site info to get a manual.

Thanks, good information I'm currently searching for a super test light to properly check every relay that I can find. This is the easy part considering I removed and replaced a good starter!

O yeah, this engine will go to downgrade mode to protect critical parts from damage if the fluids become too low. temp seems a little high, make sure your fan is working I think it come on it about 213-215degrees.
