    WILL BE FLAT TOWING A SMART CAR,.... NEED ADVICE.

    Have installed a Blue Ox base plate on my  Smart ......BUT...... Blue Ox Hitch is 8" higher on MV than on the Smart, and that's with a 10" drop from the MV ( 34 Bounder Workhorse).  I've been told that 4" is the maximum acceptable above level.  I do not believe they make a drop greater than...
