We worked for Legacy resorts for 4 seasons.  Loved the people.  They have 14 parks all over the US. If you want to work the winter and play the summer do gate guard jobs, just check out the company before you jump.  They pay well and the work is easy, just not for everyone because of the isolation. 

We worked at Yellowstone about 2 years ago for the summer.  LOVED EVERY SECOND!  Would like to do it again.  But now we are working in the winter and traveling in the summer.

We have had both gas and diesel.  All I can say is once you go diesel, you never go back. A dream to drive and no piddly little problems all the time.

After I stopped giggling.  Been there done that.  We popped the converter breaker.  Then we were able to reset everything else.  Now you can giggle at others too.

We moved up to a Discovery from Pace Arrow.  We are in love with it.  Just spent a year out west in the Discovery and absolutly no problems at all.  Because the Pace Arrow was a gasser, hubby had to learn to use the jake brake for down hill.  Down hill might as well be flat now.  You'll love it...

Did you get gas in Alabama?  We experienced the same problem with our Astro van, turned out it was bad gas.  We changed the fuel filter a couple and times and then no problems.  We now refuse to buy diesel or gas in the state of Alabama anymore!

Has anyone lived in their coach for a period of time with the temps below 0?  What problems are there and what to look out for.

Don't need guns in RVs.  Just a couple can of Wasps spray.  Shoots 30' with acuaracy, will put perp in hospital, but not life threatening, just call the cops and tell them to check the ER for the perps.
