    1997 jayco power lift

    ok can anyone help me? i looked every where no luck.i have 1997 jayco fold down with a power lift. i went to set it up and one of the latches was latched and my power lift stopped.it goes down fine but no up.i looked at the fuse in the front by the switch and those four relays.they all look fine...
