2006 Fleetwood Tucson door issue

The locking latches on the door have come out of the wall...I have re-installed them but now my door won't slide in behind them. Am i putting the door back on incorrectly?

From the look of it, there are two doors. One "half" door used when the top is folded down (shown folderd back on the left), and a full-height door mounted only when the top is up (open to the right). Which one has "locking latches" and where are they?
