Anyone have any tips on why my 2021 AF 996power gear slim rack slide out will not function? The slide out will not extend or retract. The touchpad fault code, 1/1, indicates the stops must be reprogrammed. I followed the powergear reset and re-programming procedure multiple times but it does not resolve the problem. The slide will not travel continuously in either direction. it only travels a few inches at a time. the touchpad button, in or out, must be depressed repeatedly to get it to travel the full distance. I even replaced the control module with the same problematic result.

Have you done any troubleshooting? I would start by tracing the power to the slide motor.
