Yes, it's real. Or so it appears. The article talks about a new RV from Maxus Life Home V90. It shows artist renditions of the RV, which makes one wonder if the whole thing is real or not. At the end of the article there's a YouTube link of what it appears to be a Chinese RV show, and a prototype of this vehicle in it.

There's an English company who have created a large one which stores a sports car underneath and the bedroom rises up to another story. The car slides out of the side.

The UK now produce very expensive motorhomes to my surprise. We watched a TV show today called Million Pound Motorhomes. I'm not sure they are as luxurious as the US models though.
