New here and to RV-ing. Not retired. My fiancé and I are moving into my 2000 Georgia Boy Master Crusier. Then we are heading to Michigan by Nov 24. Looking forward to learning a lot from y’all.

Welcome to the RV Forum Rooster. You'll find lots of great RVers and experienced advice here.

DH (Dear Husband} and I loved our RV trip to Michigan last fall. Feel free to pick our brains.

If you plan to spend the winter in Michigan you will freeze. RVs have 2" of foam insulation in the roof, walls, and floor. You may not lose any fingers or toes but its a sure way to lose your fiancé.

Welcome to the Forum. I agree with TheBar that wintering in an RV is challenging. However, there are things you can do to your motorhome to make it more livable in the winter. YouTube has a lot of videos on what you need to do.

Welcome! When you say you are moving to Michigan by November, do you mean to live in your Georgie Boy? As a couple of posts already pointed out that could be a real challenge.
