HLN diesel heater?

I'm thinking of getting a diesel heater, a UK channel recommends HLN brand,

Would it be any good? Never heard of it.

Never heard of it in the States either. It appears to be a Chinese company, but don't know it is a big seller in Asian markets or elsewhere in Europe.

Many such "recommendations" are merely info-mercials, i.e. positive video reviews provided by and paid for by the manufacturer .
