Depends on what is meant by "too little electricity". That's not exactly a precise technical term. A/c units (and all compressors or motors) can suffer if the supply voltage is too low. "Too low" is a judgement call, but most experts agree it is anything under 106v for a 120v unit. But most modern generators monitor their own power output and will shut down if they can't maintain proper voltage & frequency. So if your Honda 2200 ran the a/c without the generator shutting down or tripping its breaker, you had no need to worry.But, from what I was told, to little of electricity running the AC was not good for the AC.
