I started the RV up this morning and she wasn't moving. Put it in drive took off emergency brake and pressed gas pedal and the rv was struggling to even move 3 feet, like if I had the emergency brake on or something. Why is this and what needs to be fixed

Was the engine faltering (engine issue) or did the engine sound good but no movement (transmission issue)?

Brake shoes are rusted to the drum on the rear wheels IMHO. What do you think Hfx_Cdn?

I've had more trouble with pistons in disk brake calipers sticking and locking the brakes up. If the brakes are locked up don't try to drive it. They will overheat causing more expensive damage and can even catch on fire.

You're right John, no-one knows everything, but together as a group we come close.
I've sent PM's to some of them asking for them to return and read the replies, to no avail.
Then some first-time posters forget how to return to their thread, not knowing how to adjust their settings to be notified of a reply.
