Probably doesn't exist. Owners manuals for older RV's and many new ones, are nothing more than some generic information printed on several pages of paper stapled together. Basically you are on your own.
I suggest you find each appliance on the trailer and make note of its make and exact model number, (take pictures) then locate the operating and installation manuals (and service or troubleshooting manuals) for that appliance on the web. There are several good collections of appliance manuals on the web.
Service Documents and Manuals is an excellent source.
There are many others. Post up your list and I'm sure people will give you links to the proper manuals. Collect these manuals on a thumb drive dedicated to such things and add manuals as you find them.
Here is the Dexter parts and service manuals (I am assuming you have Dexter axles)

You will be looking for the stove/oven (under the top, push top away from you and lift the front them pull toward you........ that is usually how it works)
Water heater, open the outside door and find the sticker.
Furnace, a little tricky but should be accessed from the outside......... possibly.
Fridge. Usually a sticker inside the fridge part, open the door and look. Possibly on the back side, open the outside air inlet screen and see.
Air Conditioner, usually the info is inside if you remove the inlet grill. Its the last appliance I would worry with manuals on.
Its kinda an Easter egg hunt..........
