Welcome to the forum -- since there are many different arrangements in bedrooms TV mounting, some additional details might help (I sure know nothing about the Travel Supremes). Is this a motorhome, a 5th wheel, a travel trailer? Which model (floorplan? Perhaps a picture might let someone provide an answer.

I think what Larry is getting at is that the cabinetry in your RVs bedroom is rather unique, possibly even different in your floor plan than other 2006 TS. Even another 2006 TS owner may not have helpful info. A photo would help the rest of us guess better.
That said, typically in those years that will be a CRT tv rather than a flat screen. The cabinet is bulky and designed to handle a heavy object, so is sturdily built and may have steel cross members or retainer bars. It's often faceframe construction, so the front surround may be removable. Might be screws or bolt heads behind little trim "buttons". Might also have screws or bolts on the sides, accessed from adjacent cabinets or the outer walls.
