We replaced the dinette and the sleeper sofa with a table and chairs from an unfinished furniture store and a small loveseat from Rooms to Go.
The dinette was easily disassembled and removed and is for sale.
The sleeper sofa was not quite as compliant in being removed. It’s a mess.

Nice replacements. Did you secure them to the floor?
The table is secured to the wall, nothing on the chairs.
The old sleeper sofa was secured by two .25 x 2 inch “L” brackets and never moved. Those two brackets did nothing, so I’m not worried about the new loveseat.

My bride and I made a similar change after spending 8 months in the camper following hurricane Michael. Kept the old stuff for almost a year for anyone needing them. Finally a very happy trip to the local dump ended the storage problem.

We changed out the furniture in our last two rigs, one a trailer and now the current motorhome. The trailer before the last one was a Casita, so not many changes could be made to the fiberglass egg, though Kevin did modify the bed platform even then. The last trailer got a horrid trifold sofa bed removed and a couple of recliners moved in. In the motorhome, we removed a recliner and one waaaaayyyyy oversized sleeper sofa. They were replaced with two very comfy recliners and a much more reasonably sized sleeper sofa. We had cabinetry modified too. I don’t know why more people don’t modify their rigs. You wouldn’t expect a house you purchase to have the same furniture in it during its lifetime.

I do not want to hijack this thread and I do like the OP's upgrade.

Here is what I did in January,

As part of the replacement of the Class C that burned in Quartzsite, I stopped at the RV accessory store in Parker on the way to Q last month. I found a side by side recliner to replace the Jack Knife sofa.

I gave the sofa to the fellows at the RV and boat dealer next door and they put it in their work lounge.

It has heat, massage, and USB outlets.

I sold the old dinette on FB marketplace for a couple of bucks.
The sleeper sofa had to come out in pieces, so it went right to the dumpster…

The replacements are working perfectly after 6 months and a few trips…

The Jack knife sofa came out very easily thru the door.

My furniture in the house has seen a number of moves in its lifetime, much of it came from..... pay close attention....... my dad's father's mother's father. That translates into a Great great grandfather (who was a medical doctor). Some dates to the 1870's, some of it around the turn of the century (1900), though I do have some stuff that dates to the mid 20th century. Its all been in the family since new.
