We ran Imogene Saturday with about 10 Jeeps from the club starting on the Ouray side, on the Telluride/Tomboy mine side of Imogene five wanted to go into Telluride and the rest of us went back over Imogene pass and did an optional side trip to Camp Bird mine upper level 3.  One access route to the mine is on "the causeway" - it's a flattened out ridge of tailings that's very narrow - very careful attention to tire placement is required.  I looked at it last summer and didn't like what I saw but I decided to give it a try this year.  It wasn't difficult but you had to pay attention 100% of the time.

The video.
