Years ago I was involved in an auto accident that resulted in a lot of embedded glass pieces in my belly and groin areas. One of the first things the nice EMS lady did in the ambulance was cut my clothes off. I'm pretty sure she didn't check my underwear for that fresh Tide smell...

The second way is to walk up ghost white and tell the desk lady you think you are having a stroke - Did that too... BP was like 210/140...
