I bought a 2022 Entegra Vision 27A 6 weeks ago. It was a nightmare. The generator would only run for about 2 minutes, in Texas during this heat you have to run it while you are driving to stay cool. Both cab windows were loud; the drivers side was just SCREAMING! We wore ear plugs and yelled at each other. All of the cabinets flew open as you were driving. The kitchen drain leaked dirty dish water down into both cabinets below it. A 3/4" piece of paint just flaked off. I made a list of 11 things and took it back to the dealer. The dealer has had it for 11 days so far and they haven't even looked at it. It was NOT FUN driving a Screaming Hot box down the freeway. You can guess how my wife feels about it. I am already looking into the lemon laws.

My 5.5 KW Genny works perfectly. Is your gas tank near full? They could shut off not far below a half tank indicated and start dying after a couple of minutes. Another issue with Onans dying is having the oil level near the full mark. Keep it below halfway full on the dipstick when screwed all the way in.

I had a very loud passenger window that wouldn't lock correctly, but I was able to fix it and now it is quiet--at least until I open it again. It would rattle of the slightest bumps. I will jave no reason to open it again, so I will just leave it closed as is.

Problems I had on my first long trip was two levelling pads fell off and the awning blew apart in a high wind gust while in Florida.

And a few small issues, such as a rear tire that I could not fill up with air, was fixed by the dealer before that trip.

Demonstrating once again that RV quality is horrible inconsistent. One can be quite excellent while another off the same assembly line can be a mobile disaster.

My gas tank was completely full. I've never heard of keeping the oil level half way full! Why would that be necessary? I know that most generators will shut off if the oil level is too low! It consistently shut off after a couple of minutes. It didn't just shut down like I would expect a low gas level solenoid would act. It sputtered as if it was running out of gas.
Why did your leveling pads fall off? What can I do to prevent this?
I wanted to open the driver's window to pay a toll. Leaving it shut doesn't sound like a desirable fix. I also bottomed out somewhere in the rear when I came out of a gas station. I'm not sure what part was dragging yet. Have you had this problem?
Also I had 3/4" piece of paint flake off. My door is almost impossible to open occasionally. I am afraid that it will lock us out completely. Have you had this issue?

Why did your leveling pads fall off? What can I do to prevent this?

Loose bolts. They are bolted down without any lock-tite. All it takes is a bumpy road. Look under your RV often. I do every morning during my walk-around before leaving to make sure all is okay. When they fall off, they could easily get somebody killed. Imagine if a motorcycle runs over one at night when they cannot be seen. They are heavy and dark. You don't want them left on any road. IMO, they should have a recall over this issue. I guess somebody has to be killed by one first.

After I lost two, I purchased two more and removed the two that were still on. Then I reinstalled all four with permanent lock-tite on the bolts and torqued them down extra tight.

Yes, I had the lock issue. Very easy to fix with some lock oil. I assume any thin oil will work, even WD40. Oil the crap out of it everywhere and then open and lock it several times. Clean up the mess and never have the issue again.

I was lucky my issue was only the passenger window. And what a big difference it made after I fixed it. My driver's side window is okay, even after being opened and closed many times already. But I assume there is a way to fix it, but nor real sure what you should try. i am not going to open my passenger window to try to fix it right. I will leave well enough alone. I doubt if I will ever have a need to open that window.

Yes I am. But I did have a few issues that were taken care of.

Things like this I don't care about and will leave off. Just be sure not to open yours unless the weather is nice--and then it will be fine. I was mainly using it for a motorcycle cover--but now I use a real motorcycle cover instead.
