I know Mike and Wendy are there, anyone else? We are heading over today, the free walk in day. Getting in around 11-12 time frame, going for exhibits. So will likely just be in the exhibition hall, if there is food, grab a bite then head back to Benson.
Be nice to see someone from the Forum..

Lou is here but he’s always busy working sound. Mike is at a seminar and we’re headed to the store as soon as he gets out.

Sonoran dogs are so good, and best from roadside vendors, vs a sit down.

We are already back home, Exhibit hall was decent, we bought some step covers. Skipped the food, Jo wasn't hungry yet, so we just came home, have tasks for rest of day. We are in next park over from the Saguaro SKP park.

One of my favorites is diagonally across from Lazy Days on Irvington. In a gas stationparking lot every day but Sunday. Where will you be staying?

I am glad I found this message again! That will probably be the first Sonoran hog dog I try. But is there a nice shady place to eat it round there or will I have to get it to go? I will be on my electric motorcycle.

I will now put the address in my motorcycle's GPS.

I assume it's the Sonoco gas station with the Quick Break Store, 3095 E. Irvington Rd Tucson 85714:

Is that the roadside vendor truck on the left side, kinda yellow on top with red letters?

No edit button here. Above post got posted accidently and it cannot be edited by me.

But I wanted to say expect Tucson to be very hot in late May.

Yep it will be hot... We know the area because my sister lives in Salome, Az. and we go visit her and ride our motorcycles in the evening to avoid the heat there

Sometimes Reno, NV and Auburn, CA can get just as hot as around here in midsummer. The big difference is not for as many days in a row. And many also ride their motorcycles later when it cools off.

BTW, no heat from the engine on electric motorcycles like I mostly ride in the summer--and on these RV trips. I have my Zero DS with me right now.

My 11 motorcycles are (original owner of all):

1971 BMW R75/5
1984 Yamaha Venture
2002 Suzuki DR200SE
2013 Triumph Trophy SE
2016 Kawasaki Versys 650 LT
2016 Org/Blk Moto Guzzi Stelvio
2017 Blk/Gold HD Road Glide Ultra
2017 Org Zero DS ZF 6.5/(now is 7.2)
2017 Red Zero SR ZF13 w/ Pwr Tank
2020 Energica EVA SS9
2023 Energica Experia LE

BTW, I work 100% HF CW. I am on the air every night I am parked. 40M only for this trip.
