So, this is what I found. This is on top of my class C, right where the cap meets the roof. I'm looking to do this job myself, any helpful suggestions? Suggestions like best sealants, how far to take off the cap. I don't think I need to take the cap all the way off. But I have to inspect and possibly repair the wood. I believe the wood needs repair because the screws backed out of the wood. I know this is a big job but I can do it. Fingers crossed .
