Generator not charging battery but shore is?

The symptoms sound similar to a problem I ran into on my trailer. I was able to resolve it with with some advice from the forum. Check out his thread for details: https://www.rvforum.net/threads/yet-another-electrical-bonding-question.75558/#post-686531

    Batteries won’t stay charged

Sounds similar to the problem I had a while ago. Batteries would charge when plugged into shore power but not when running the generator. See this thread for info on how the problem was resolved. https://www.rvforum.net/threads/yet-another-electrical-bonding-question.75558/#post-686989

    WFCO 3-stage Converter problem

Thanks for the tips everyone! The front panel says WFCO but the circuit board says 7100/7155. Looks like I'll order the replacement that Gary suggested from Amazon. It looks identical to the one that failed. Thanks!

    WFCO 3-stage Converter problem

My travel trailer's WFCO 3-stage Converter (model 7155) seems to be acting up. 12V trailer lights are very dim, propane alarm is beeping, etc. I pulled it out, put it on my workbench to test it. When I supply 120 VAC on the input I get a measurement of 7 VDC on the output. Does this mean it's...

    Small propane tanks?

I've used a 5-pounder for my BBQ for the last 6 years. It lasts quite a while before needing a refill and is much easier to lug around than a 20-pounder. Can't think of any downside to using it.

    Back When....

Wow! Thank you! Guess I'll have to work on my internet search skills.  :-[ Off to order my new lawn chairs. Thanks!

    Back When....

I've looked on Amazon, eBay and Walmart... but no luck. Plenty of lawn chairs but I could not find the aluminium-frame, nylon webbing style. The closest I found were the steel-frame, canvas ones, which are a lot heavier and the canvas takes a long time to dry when wet.

    Back When....

Please, please let me/us know where you found them. I have four old ones from the 80's. Love them but they are on their last legs. I've been looking all over but can't find a replacement for them.

Questions about Backing up a hill

This is the problem I ran into when backing my trailer up my driveway. I had the axles flipped, which raised the trailer enough to eliminate the problem.

Adding a solar panel to TT

Thanks for the info! Good to know I can leave the solar hooked up permanently... makes things a little less complicated.  :))

Adding a solar panel to TT

I have searched the library, as well as forum posts, but I'm unable to find the info I'm looking for. If this has been covered and I missed it, I apologize but perhaps someone could point me in the right direction. I thought this subject would have been covered many times... but apparently not...
