Which brand sealer did you use, or recommend?

Thanks Dan: I took a close look at the HVAC system today. It looks like I would have to remove most of the dash to get to the core. I will definitely give block sealer a try first.

Thanks guys. I have a Nippon Denso part number for the entire HVAC unit, and checked the Comfort air web site earlier. But unless they can tell me what core I need from that P/N, I would have to pull the core to match it up. Block sealer sounds like an easier first step, thanks again for the tip.

Has anybody replaced the dash heater core on an '98 Discovery? It's a Nippon Denso HVAC system, parts are tough to find.
