    Terrible campground neighbor stories?

Have been camping and rving for 50+ years and have never had bad neighbors. Guess we were either lucky, blind or deaf.  ;D

    trip to FL

Lots of construction on 295 east which causes backups and accidents. Been under construction for years. Stick to 295 west or go straight thru town on 95. But maybe you shouldn't come. According to the press, we all have ( and spread) cov so it could be dangerous.  ;) ;D

Great restaurant a tad south of the US-113/US-13 intersection on the west side of the road. Think its called Don's Seafood. Super crab cakes.

Is this normal in these odd times?

Seems like that happens a lot at gov campgrounds. Usually the daily site cost is so low and for some people not worth the trouble to cancel or forget to cancel. I think more sites at gov parks should be allotted to walk-ins. Unfortunately, the reverse is true, more sites advanced rs.

    fleetwood prowler

When we had a Prowler fifth wheel years ago, the recommendation was to level the unit before deploying the slides. We never had a problem with the door but always tried to find a reasonably level spot when stopped because of running the reefer. Our unit had a rear facing reefer so the side to...

Kingston, Ontario to New Brunswick, Quebec and Fear of Heights

Hey, that bridge is a piece of cake compared to the old 7 mile bridge in the FL Keys. Back then in the old Winnie we had to pull in the side mirrors or they would have been history. Starting across the bridge, my wife told the kids to sit still, be quiet and don't breathe til we got over.  ;D

Locast launches in Tampa, St. Pete...

I don't understand. If it's local programming, why not just use an antenna? ??? ???

    'splaine it to me Lucy...

I had pretty much the same setup. With a rear kitchen interior, the kitchen grey water valve was located to the rear and under the slide which was a pia with the slide extended. The pipe from that tank hooked to the main pipe from the other tanks so that only one exterior hookup was needed. I...

    Generous offer from Chase

I got that as a text message, deleted it, blocked the number and reported it as a scam to Hiya. I am pretty sure a lot of people probably automatically clicked on the link in the text message. It's easier to trace back the address chain  in emails than in text messages. That's probably why I...
