I have found pricing varies vastly by location. Like my house here in Michigan is worth 250k , but where my wife's sister lives in Oregon it would be a fight for it if I listed it at 750k.

Not the first time that has been asked. I get customers from work that schedule service calls for a leak and hand me cabinet nobs to install! They know I will do just about anything for them. The only thing I will not do is woodworking for hire..... that is my downtime.

I plan on trying to find out where it was repaired and calling them. The cover on the fridge being gone could explain the water spots on the ceiling. The rv is sitting on a decent angle and the spots are on the opposite side of the missing cover.
