Auto Switchover Dual Gas Tank Regulator

I dont think so. My 2nd tank was actually turned off. The first tank had fuel in it and the paddle was turned pointing to it. I know that that paddle does not actually switch tanks. It is just a visual clue as to which tank is supposedly the primary. At least that is what the dox say. I think I...

Auto Switchover Dual Gas Tank Regulator

I have a 2006 33' Wildcat from Forest River. It has what looks like a standard Auto Switchover Dual Gas Tank Regulator on it. This allows the system to automatically switch over from one tank to another when one becomes empty. It seems that when it happens and I go to fill the "empy" tank, it...

    Tire Pressure Monitors

I guess the manufacturer is trying to get the most $ for each. I didn't check anywhere for them. I just called PP direct.

    Tire Pressure Monitors

I was told by Pressure Pro that the sensors are about $50US each to replace.

    Suitable Fifthwheels for fulltiming....

In Western Canada, only Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta allow towing another unit behind the trailer. I know that Ontario and BC disallow it for sure. All of the legalities are off topic, so I think it's best to get back the to original question. I am not the expert to ask, so I'll leave...

    Spray lining on tow vehicle

The Line-X dealer that I had mine done at said that they *prefer* to spray before the hitch is in. It is just a lot easier. If you put a saddle box in (toolbox that sits on the rails), remove it as well. I had the tailgate sprayed and they sprayed over the top of it as well (I can send a pic if...

    Water supply plumbing in RV's

I bought a Watts Series 25AUB-Z3 regulator. It's 3/4" fitting size. $60cdn. I had to add a few fittings onto it to put a gauge and the water hose connectors on it. This made it about 12" long and brought the price to about $98cdn. It can be adjusted to 75psi but it is preset to 50psi. The water...

    Water supply plumbing in RV's

What do you use to read the pressure? Another device available at Home Depot?

    Water supply plumbing in RV's

What are these whole-house pressure regulators and where do you get them? What do you mean the small RV ones are too restrictive?

    Water filter

I can try a "whole-house" filter. Are they available at RV supply shops or is this a filter for a "brick-and-mortar" house? Otherwise, the bypass looks like it would have to bypass the filter completely when the shower is in use or service the entire unit. It does not look easy to do anything...

    Water filter

That is what I was thinking, but all water in my trailer is filtered. Idiotic design, unless there is a very good reason to filter it all.

    Water filter

The trailer is only two months old, so I doubt that it is clogged.

    Water filter

Then it is not a charcoal filter since it is white. However, the flow is still less.

    Water filter

I don't know if it is a charcoal filter. It has no indication on it. The flow is definitely reduced though.

    Water filter

I have a Forestriver Wildcat fifth wheel trailer. It has a water filter built in. That's probably not odd, but my filter is attached to the incoming water. Thus, the entire trailer water system is filtered; toilet, shower, et al. That doesn't seem to be necessary. The water flow is weaker...
