Thank you for teaching me what they are really called...struts.  We got the same length and there was only one weight in that length, so we assumed that was our only choice.  Since they didn't work, we're moving on to plan B.  Gonna try taking the struts off and install latches.  So...here's...

The hydraulic sticks (I call them) on the storage compartment doors won't hold the doors open.  I went to Camping World and bought new ones to match the old ones, and it still doesn't work!  Anybody have this problem before?  When I checked the old sticks, they seem to have plenty of pressure. ...
